The images have been selected based on their ability to evoke associations such as powerlessness, victory, team spirit, fear, trust, and many others. This set is therefore ideal for use in retrospectives or other workshops, training sessions, or coaching. The association cards are delivered in a beautiful and sturdy box, keeping the cards in good condition for years!

You can use the association cards in many ways. The back of the box provides several examples of how you can use the cards. In a retrospective, for example, you can use the cards as follows: Have each team member select two images: one image that best symbolizes the team during the past sprint and one image that best represents his or her role within it. Each team member then gets the opportunity to explain their chosen images to the team.
